Poised to take advantage of some beautiful mild Spring weather, I headed out to the garage to load up Project 6x6 for another ride and boil-up on the trails in Torbay.

On the menu today was leftover pork chop and Southern Style Coleslaw  from last night's barbeque. I reheated the pork chop on my barbeque grate laid over hot coals pulled from the campfire.

The pork chop was even better today than it was last night with the added Smokey flavour.

All in all nothing too complicated but absolutely enjoyable!
