St. Paddy's Day Weekend snowstorm! If it weren't for the week of rain and warm temperatures these past seven days, a fresh dump of powder snow would have been more than welcome for us outdoor enthusiasts! Unfortunately snow conditions have been decimated all over the Avalon Peninsula which turned fantastic riding into careful picking your way along for washed out/flooded areas. A little fresh powder really only complicates things right now.

Little Scooter certainly enjoyed watching the last of the big lazy snowflakes whipping around outside the kitchen window!

Snow drifted in around the vehicles pretty good while the main part of the driveway held very little of the white stuff which made for a quick cleanup.

Depending how weather this week goes will determine what we're able to get up to in the country. If cold weather continues we will hopefully get out for some more ice fishing, we'll need a lot more snow to justify a decent snowmobile ride. Fingers crossed!
