I've had this dandy 220v Lincoln MIG Welder a few years now, I picked it up on sale at Canadian Tire on a deal I couldn't refuse.
I finally put it to work in 2022 on it's first project, re-designing my Princess Auto woodstove for my hot tent.
I had to add a couple 45 degree bends to the stovepipe for it to exit the tent properly, I did this by making pie cuts, my MIG welder was ideally suited to join them together.
At this time I still don't have shielding gas so I used the included flux core wire which worked fine but was quite messy with slag splatter.
Shielding gas is definitely in my future, I wish there was an economical cylinder exchange program here in NL, I don't use the machine enough to justify an annual rental on a cylinder from local suppliers.
This machine is definitely a step up over my old Arc Welder, it's much easier to use and more capable especially welding thinner materials.
