The Solar Flex Hoody is a very comfortable, UPF 50+ rated UV blocking, soft touch cooling shirt that works very well even on the warmest of days. Sunburns are no joke but remembering to constantly reapply sunscreen is a pain in the butt while enjoying a day on the river.
While the shirt has great cooling action as it rapidly dries, I've found it quite comfortable on cooler days as well.
During our trip to Jamaica in 2024 I put the Solar Flex to a torture test under the incredible Caribbean Sun as we spent many days in the pool, in the ocean and beachside. Sunscreen washes off but I stayed safe and sunburn free with this awesome shirt.
So far I'm very happy with this very comfortable shirt, its held up great showing no signs of wear despite having been washed many times.
