In January 2023 I got to try out one of my Christmas gifts, new Goggles for my HJC SPX helmet. The new units are 509 Sinister X7 Black Ops with a fire mirror photo chromatic clear to blue tint (auto darkening) lens.
These goggles fit the helmet opening much better than my old well worn Oakley's and the photo chromatic lens is much better for dusk/night riding! The lens attaches to the frame with strong magnets so popping the lens out for cleaning or swapping to a spare is the easiest of any set I've had yet.
I've been riding ATV & Snowmobile with helmet & goggles (vs. helmet with visor) for many many years now. I find it is the best setup year round for ultimate comfort, protection from dust and not fogging up. These 509 X7 goggles are next level and I'm very pleased with how they work, they've held up perfectly as of this writing.
