Southern Style Deluxe Fries


 

Ingredients: Sauce

Favorite French Fries

Favorite Pre-made sauce

1/2 lb pulled pork

or

1 Cup shredded marble cheese

Combine Sour Cream with your favorite Hot Sauce

diced bell peppers

 

 

Looking to use up some of your left over pulled pork? In May I tried something a little different, fries topped with Pulled Pork, bell peppers and cheese.

 

 

 

 

I baked these deluxe fries in the oven for about a half hour, they would be great baked on the pellet grill but it was pouring rain this time around.

 

 

For a sauce I mixed some Heartbeat Scorpion hot sauce with sour cream, (proportions to taste) and drizzled it over the deluxe fries when they were served.

 

 

 

 

This was a unique idea that actually worked out and tasted great!
