Newfoundland Grillers Smokers & Boil-Ups Guild Southern Style Deluxe Fries
Looking to use up some of your left over pulled pork? Today I tried something a little different, fries topped with pulled pork, bell peppers and cheese.
I baked these deluxe fries in the oven for about a half hour, they would be great baked on the pellet grill too but it was pouring rain this time round.
For a sauce I mixed some Heartbeat Scorpion hot sauce with sour cream, (proportions to taste) and drizzled it over the deluxe fries when they were plated.
This was a unique idea that actually worked out and tasted great!
