Crunch Wraps on the Blackstone


Ingredients: Useful Tools:
   

1 Large package of Ground Beef

Blackstone Griddle

Taco Seasoning

Burger Press
Favorite Taco Toppings Parchment Paper
Small Soft Tortillas Wide Griddle Spatula
Extra Large Soft Tortillas  

The first step for making Crunch Wraps is to brown up ground beef on the Blackstone and season with your favourite Taco Seasoning. When finished cut back the heat to maintain the surface at about 375F while you assemble the wraps.

 

 

 

Next assemble the wraps on the large tortilla using your favourite ingredients, today we used seasoned ground beef, cheese, and green peppers and broken taco shells. Your only limited by your imagination, nacho cheese, nacho chips (for the extra crunch) black olives, black beans, jalapeño peppers and more are great additions!

 

 

To finish assembly cover the fillings with a small tortilla then fold the ends of the large tortilla over the small. Flip it over and gravity will hold it together.

 

 

Cook the bottom side until golden brown, flip once and repeat.

 

 

 

 

These wraps are easy to make and absolutely delicious!
