Dandy day for a Spring ATV ride on the trails in Torbay. This much running water is a sure sign of the change in seasons.

Once I found a decent place for a boil-up I knocked down a small tree to form a base for my Kelly Kettle. Today I will be boiling the kettle for coffee & Mr. Noodle, then using the Hobo Stove attachment to fry up some moose sausages.

I have a couple coffee presses, but these Coughlin coffee filters still work great for an easy mug up in the country plus they are compact and reliable. The bamboo sticks came from Dollarama which hold the filter and are then used as a stir stick.

Nothing like a quick hot meal up in the woods, even if we're not all that far from home!
