If you read classified adds particularly here in Newfoundland the word "Mint" gets used as often as "Jesus" does at church. This past fall Steve came across a great deal on a mint piece of Honda ATC history when he found this bike at the Honda dealer in Yellowknife.

It was owned by a mechanic who recently purchased it from the family of the original owner. Apparently the original owner bought the bike brand new upon his retirement, put less than 600km on it before he passed away.

The family stored the bike for 20 something years before the 2nd owner, a mechanic at the Honda dealer in Yellowknife came across it.

This guy replaced the dry rotted tires and shot battery, cleaned the gas tank and carburetor, changed the fluids and the bike ran like new!

There are no marks, cracks or fading of the original plastics and not so much as a ding in the rims or racks!

The bike is really a museum piece. Steve uses it lightly, it wont see bog but a trail run or trip to the sand pits are definitely fair game!
